Camerimage, IBC, Satis… Alpha 800W rocks them all !

Between September and November, three major events took place in different parts of Europe : IBC in Amsterdam, Satis in Paris and Camerimage in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

K5600 always believed in being close to the end-users and participating in exhibitions and Festivals is a great opportunity to exchange information and ideas. This often leads to new ideas for new products. The new Alpha 800W was born from some of these discussions over the years. Indeed, we live in a world where time is essential, as much as budget. The size of the trucks is also shrinking in proportion with the amount of fixtures on the lighting list. K5600 answer to this has always been versatility. The Joker Bug range has become a perfect illustration of this, NOW the Alpha 800 is benefiting from that same policy by becoming even more versatile than before.

Thanks to the new 90° socket adapter the bulb moves from vertical for the Fresnel and open eye functionality to horizontal to become a Par or a lens-less focusable unit. No tools necessary, the change is done in a twist. The changing of the bulb has also been improved to allow a quick change of bulb in the choice of 3200K or 5600K discharge lamps now available.

Once again, K5600 engineers developed a product which combines light quality and versatility with no compromise.

Soon to be available in February 2016, the Alpha 800 + will be soon followed by the 1600 and later 4 K and 9 K.
